In Florida, Daher is expanding its presence through two key operations: a Final Assembly Line (FAL) in Stuart for TBM aircraft production and an FAA Part 145 maintenance and service center in Pompano Beach for TBM and Kodiak aircraft.

About the role

Daher is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the Aircraft Division's Florida operations, including the TBM Final Assembly Line in Stuart and the Service and Sales Center in Pompano Beach. This onsite, dual-site role requires regular physical presence at both locations, with a weekly 2-day/3-day split between Stuart and Pompano Beach. The Senior HR Generalist will serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders across both facilities, providing comprehensive HR support in a fast-paced aircraft manufacturing environment.

This position requires travel between Stuart and Pompano Beach as a routine part of the job and supports production, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions. The role ensures adherence to aviation manufacturing requirements (e.g., FAA/DOT drug & alcohol testing programs), export controls, safety regulations, and company policies while fostering a high-performance, safety-first culture across multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related issues, investigating and resolving employee concerns while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Support annual performance review processes, provide coaching to managers on employee development, and assist in creating and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment, including facilitating onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate and deliver HR-related training sessions, including compliance and leadership development, and identify skill gaps to recommend development opportunities.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries, coordinate annual enrollment processes, and support compensation reviews to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices.
  • Lead or participate in HR initiatives such as policy updates, engagement surveys, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leadership.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Manufacturing or production environment with potential exposure to shift work, overtime, weekends, or holidays.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with production equipment.
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, shoes, and mandatory hearing protection.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 in base salary, plus an annual target bonus. The salary offer considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and current market conditions.
