Benefits Administration What You'll Be Doing Own the day-to-day administration of our employee benefits programsLead Open Enrollment and educate employees on available benefitsPartner with our brokers and vendors to ensure an outstanding employee experienceResolve benefit questions with professionalism and careManage benefit enrollments, life events, COBRA, and reconciliations HRIS Administration Serve as the HRIS expert and champion data accuracyGenerate meaningful HR reports and workforce metricsIdentify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiencySupport system enhancements and collaborate with Payroll and IT Human Resources Partnership Support leaders and employees with employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, onboarding, and performance managementHelp ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practicesParticipate in HR projects that make a real difference across the organizationBe a trusted resource employees know they can count on Why Join Us?
