Senior HR Generalist
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated HR Business Partner to provide strong day-to-day support across key areas of HR based in our Redmond, Washington site. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who thrives in an execution-focused environment and who's eager to take initiative on projects that enhance business operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR support with operational goals, team effectiveness, and workforce planning priorities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, addressing workplace concerns promptly, fairly, and in accordance with company policy and employment standards.
- Lead and document workplace investigations, gather relevant information, assess risk, and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Support performance management activities by coaching leaders on feedback, goal setting, employee development, and corrective action processes.
- Interpret and apply HR policies consistently while helping managers and employees understand expectations, procedures, and available resources.
- Analyze workforce trends and people-related data to identify concerns, inform decisions, and improve retention and engagement outcomes.
- Contribute to HR administrative activities, including documentation, case tracking, reporting, and maintenance of employee records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to promote compliance, resolve escalated issues, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring a strong understanding of HR operations and use sound judgment, collaboration, and data-informed insights to address workforce needs and organizational priorities. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment. Experience in performance management, employee relations, and compliance is highly desirable.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Paycom and Microsoft Office, is preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually.
