Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and employees to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy administration
- Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining and updating HR policies as needed
- Support talent acquisition efforts and contribute to onboarding programs that set new hires up for success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where managing multiple priorities simultaneously is the norm
