Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting Director + leaders.
- Direct experience inside a PE-backed organization.
- Experience supporting global or multi-geography teams with international reporting lines.
- Hands-on experience with at least one integration, carve-out, major organizational shift or post-merger restructuring.
- Supported global functions (Finance, IS, HR, Commercial, or Regulatory).
- Demonstrated strategic HRBP track record — not primarily admin or generalist work.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with global function leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business objectives and value-creation timelines.
- Lead integration activities including org design, talent assessment, culture harmonization, and change management.
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across matrixed global functions.
- Coach and advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and org design.
- Build strong partnerships with COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations).
- Educate and elevate leaders who are new to working with a strategic HR partner.
- Support transformation and change management initiatives across all global functions.
- Participate in key hire selection processes alongside business leaders.
- Roll up your sleeves and help execute strategic decisions including HR integration initiatives.
