Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting Director + leaders.
  • Direct experience inside a PE-backed organization.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-geography teams with international reporting lines.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one integration, carve-out, major organizational shift or post-merger restructuring.
  • Supported global functions (Finance, IS, HR, Commercial, or Regulatory).
  • Demonstrated strategic HRBP track record — not primarily admin or generalist work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with global function leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned to business objectives and value-creation timelines.
  • Lead integration activities including org design, talent assessment, culture harmonization, and change management.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness across matrixed global functions.
  • Coach and advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and org design.
  • Build strong partnerships with COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations).
  • Educate and elevate leaders who are new to working with a strategic HR partner.
  • Support transformation and change management initiatives across all global functions.
  • Participate in key hire selection processes alongside business leaders.
  • Roll up your sleeves and help execute strategic decisions including HR integration initiatives.
