Senior Healthcare Recruiter (Limited Term)

About the role

This is a limited-term role slated for a minimum of 6 months, with full benefits provided. Candidates must reside in WA State to be considered. Provide leaders with advice, counsel and planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified applicants required to meet the organization's recruiting goals.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum five (5) years recruitment experience with at least two (2) years full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume work environment
• Preferred Experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs)
• Experience recruiting within union environments

Qualifications

Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise.

Pay

Compensation Range $97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year. This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Note that this compensation range is specific to Seattle, and positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
