Limited Term Sr. Healthcare Recruiter

For our client, a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, this role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives, influencing culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counsel to leaders on recruitment processes
• Develop strategies to meet the organization’s recruiting goals
• Ensure timely recruitment of qualified applicants
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum five years of recruitment experience
• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Preferred experience in healthcare recruiting

Pay

$97,665 – $146,497 annually
