The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field
• Two years of talent acquisition experience to include sourcing, screening and interviewing
• Healthcare experience

Pay

Compensation range: $31.00 to $40.00 per hour. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $65,520 ($31.50) to $88,171.2 ($42.39) on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
