Recruiter- Healthcare
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination for a range of openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, align on candidate profiles, and shape effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing methods.
- Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records and a smooth hiring workflow.
- Screens applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit for corporate and engineering positions.
- Coincide interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and move searches forward in a timely manner.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and practical approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support recruiting operations within SAP SuccessFactors HCM and maintain consistency across hiring documentation and process steps.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling full-cycle recruiting for roles requiring strong attention to detail.
- Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through direct outreach and pipeline development techniques.
- Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment activity.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM in a recruiting environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage several openings at once while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
