Senior Healthcare Consultant

Position Summary

The Senior Healthcare Consultant supports healthcare organizations in improving operations and care delivery through labor productivity benchmarking and operational and clinical efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, healthcare, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Prior consulting experience a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the region, including approximately 25-30% overnight travel

Compensation Range

$87,500.00 - $110,000.00
