About the role
The Sr. Sales GTM For Creative is responsible for articulating the voice of the customer and selling back to the global Creative Ads Product organization to define product development priorities that help set global and regional direction for Ad Sales go-to-market. They collaborate regularly with Product and regional sales teams to influence roadmap decisions, codify final roadmaps via adjusted WW playbooks for regional and local scaled delivery, modify and implement WW GTM strategies and sales plays for their covered regions/categories, and publish Sales' prioritized set of product priorities on an annual basis to be reviewed quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the voice of the customer and sell back to the global Creative Ads Product organization to define product development priorities that help set global and regional direction for Ad Sales go-to-market.
- Collaborate regularly with Product and regional sales teams to influence roadmap decisions.
- Codify final roadmaps via adjusted WW playbooks that enable regional and local scaled delivery.
- Modify and implement WW GTM strategies and sales plays for their covered regions/categories, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g., betas, launches).
- Publish Sales' prioritized set of product priorities on an annual basis to be reviewed quarterly to evaluate trade-offs and escalations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
- Experience determining when and how to integrate GenAI tools, evaluate and refine GenAI outputs, and apply responsible AI practices to augment productivity and quality.

Pay
$147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
