Senior GTM Specialist, Measurement , Sales GTM (SGTM)

About the role

The Sr. Sales GTM For Measurement is responsible for articulating the voice of the customer and selling back to the global Measurement Ads Product organization. They collaborate with Product and regional sales teams to influence roadmap decisions, codify final roadmaps, and modify/implement WW GTM strategies and sales plays for their covered regions/categories.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the voice of the customer and sell back to the global Measurement Ads Product organization
• Influence product development priorities that set global and regional direction for Ad Sales go-to-market
• Codify final roadmaps via adjusted WW playbooks enabling regional and local scaled delivery
• Modify and implement WW GTM strategies and sales plays for their covered regions/categories, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches)
• Publish Sales' prioritized set of product priorities on an annual basis to be reviewed quarterly to evaluate trade-offs and escalations

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

Pay

Base salary range: $147,900.00 - $200,100.00 USD annually
