Senior GTM Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for finding and attracting the world's best talent for our clients, utilizing a range of deep sourcing techniques and working closely with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
• Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
• Your focus will be recruiting great people across GTM and G&A teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of GTM & G&A recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional organizational skills and are detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in GTM & G&A recruitment
• Experience with deep sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and processes
• Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
