About the role

Intapp is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to lead hiring for revenue-generating roles across Sales, Marketing, and Client Development. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy, partnering directly with business leaders to build high-performing teams that drive growth across our AI-powered SaaS platform serving financial and professional services firms.

Responsibilities

  • Own full lifecycle recruiting for enterprise sales, client development, and other revenue-generating roles

  • Build targeted pipelines in highly competitive and niche markets (e.g., financial services, IB, legal)

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define ideal candidate profiles, hiring strategy, and market approach

  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring dynamics to inform hiring strategy

  • Influence hiring decisions through data, market insight, and candidate calibration

  • Proactively manage interview flow, ensuring timely feedback, scheduling, and decision-making

  • Operate with urgency and accountability to drive hiring outcomes aligned to business needs

  • Maintain accurate ATS data (Workday / hireEZ) to support reporting and pipeline visibility

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles within enterprise SaaS or technology environments

  • Proven success hiring for quota-carrying sales roles and client-facing positions

  • Experience sourcing in competitive talent markets with limited inbound pipeline

  • Strong understanding of sales hiring profiles, compensation structures, and performance drivers

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with shifting priorities

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and drive accountability

  • Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions while maintaining speed and quality

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior business leaders

Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for AI, data, or enterprise SaaS platforms

  • Experience hiring within financial services, private capital, or legal markets

  • Familiarity with agentic AI or enterprise transformation roles

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and networking skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed hiring decisions

  • Experience with ATS systems (Workday / hireEZ)
