Known for our professionalism, reliability, and scalable systems, we’re expanding our footprint — and we’re looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to help us grow.
Job Description
Role Overview: As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the face of our brand to property and facility managers overseeing large-scale commercial and industrial properties. You’ll focus on acquiring new clients, estimating projects, and nurturing long-term relationships that drive revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across Ohio and neighboring states
- Leverage your existing book of business to open doors and build trust
- Present solutions tailored to property and facility managers’ needs
- Estimating & Proposal Development:
- Carry out site visits and scope assessments
- Prepare accurate, competitive estimates and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless handoff and execution
- Account Management & Growth:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and upselling
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, anticipating needs and delivering value
- Performance & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed KPIs: gross margin, total sales, and new client acquisition
- Track pipeline activity and forecasting using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in commercial painting, construction, or facility services
- A strong book of business and industry relationships
- Experience estimating service-based projects
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
- Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and site visits

Pay
Salary + Commission/Bonuses (Typical 1st year expectations: $90,000-150,000+)
