Responsibilities
- Own and deliver material, multi-million-dollar revenue targets across a portfolio of Moloco’s most strategic and complex customers.
- Secure net-new lines of business while accelerating growth within existing accounts through new geographies, business units, use cases, and product adoption.
- Design and lead multi-quarter and multi-year joint business plans with executive stakeholders, establishing clear growth hypotheses, investment tradeoffs, and accountability on both sides.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with economic buyers, including pricing, contract structure, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Maintain executive-level rigor across pipeline health and forecasting, making high-judgment calls on prioritization, resourcing, and downside mitigation.
- Shift customer conversations from short-term performance metrics to long-term LTV, durable growth, and strategic investment, influencing how customers allocate meaningful budget over time.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with VP and C-suite stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor in the client’s boardroom.
- Navigate highly complex customer organizations, mapping power, decision-making, and incentives, and ensuring consistent access to — and alignment with — economic buyers.
- Influence budget allocation and long-term investment decisions through clear articulation of Moloco’s strategic value.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence, delivering high-altitude communication that simplifies complex performance data into actionable, business-level insights.
- Lead senior executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions, reinforcing Moloco’s role as a category-defining growth partner, not a point solution.
Executive Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted product and growth advisor to customers, leveraging deep expertise in mobile advertising, attribution (MMPs), and programmatic performance levers.
- Translate Moloco’s machine learning capabilities and emerging product initiatives into clear business value propositions, shaping how products are positioned and sold.
- Lead product demos and strategic solution discussions with confidence and credibility.
- Maintain strong data fluency and a “hands-on-keyboard” mindset when needed, independently pulling and analyzing data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering as a market-facing thought partner, influencing roadmap prioritization based on material revenue opportunity and customer signal.
- Play a critical role in early-stage or ambiguous initiatives, helping define use cases, success metrics, and paths to scalable product-market fit.
Upleveling Sales & Cross-Functional Teams
- Set and model commercial excellence standards for strategic selling, executive engagement, and value-based negotiation.
- Serve as a coach and mentor to Growth Strategists and GMs, actively developing capabilities in deal strategy, executive presence, and opportunity qualification.
- Provide clear, concise written and verbal updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and momentum.
- Proactively codify and share best practices, playbooks, and market insights that raise the bar for how Moloco sells and grows.
- Influence cross-functional teams through clarity of direction, strong judgment, and outcome ownership, even without direct authority.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay ranges vary by region:
- Region A: $184,000 - $253,000 USD
- Region B: $165,000 - $228,000 USD
- Region C: $156,000 - $215,500 USD
