About the role
The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will lead the teams and programs responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing. They will build and scale a rapidly growing business to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and reinforce leadership in the revenue orchestration market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive measurable revenue growth across multiple personas, industries, and products.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Drive account-based marketing efforts to target key accounts and increase sales opportunities.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing programs to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Manage web and digital marketing efforts to optimize online presence and engagement.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
