About the role

The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will lead the teams and programs responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing. They will build and scale a rapidly growing business to drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and reinforce leadership in the revenue orchestration market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive measurable revenue growth across multiple personas, industries, and products.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Drive account-based marketing efforts to target key accounts and increase sales opportunities.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing programs to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Manage web and digital marketing efforts to optimize online presence and engagement.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to inform continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
