About the role
The Senior Director, Growth Marketing & Operations will lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing and operations initiatives aimed at driving growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee key functions including campaign management, customer engagement strategies, and operational efficiency improvements.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and operations strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement programs that foster long-term relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing and operations efforts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and operations roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading marketing and operations teams to achieve significant business results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for using AI tools to enhance marketing and operations processes.
