The Senior Director, Growth Marketing role is a high-impact leadership position focusing on accelerating enterprise expansion and new customer acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and operationalize an account-based growth motion from the ground up.
  2. Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and align on account-level strategies.
  3. Translate product positioning, usage signals, and account intelligence into targeted campaigns that influence senior decision-makers.
  4. Design and execute integrated account programs including executive events, webinars, field marketing initiatives, and tailored content experiences.
  5. Drive collaboration across field marketing, product marketing, digital, and operations to execute coordinated account strategies.
  6. Establish scalable frameworks that evolve successful experiments into repeatable enterprise growth programs.

About the role

This is a builder role where early experiments become scalable growth engines across the organization. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer success, shaping how major enterprise stakeholders perceive value and urgency in adopting the platform.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with deep exposure to enterprise ABM, demand generation, or strategic account growth.
  • Proven track record of influencing or owning pipeline generation for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of enterprise deal cycles, multi-threaded buying groups, and revenue progression.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior sales and customer success leaders on complex account strategies.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous account opportunities into structured, executable marketing plans across multiple teams.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority across marketing, product, and revenue organizations.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and building scalable motions from early-stage experimentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and internal leadership effectively.
