Responsibilities

  • Models leadership behaviors that are grounded in Starbucks Mission and Values.

  • Partner Development: Ensures each partner has job clarity, guides partners in crafting meaningful goals, engages in development discussions, develops talent, and advocates for growth opportunities.

  • Effectively leading partner onboarding, including training on sourcing skills and values.
  • Lead and manage team to deliver best in class sourcing foundations and strategy execution.

  • Assists director in establishing measurable and strategic goals for company growth and CSR leadership.
  • Prepares, communicates, and aligns stakeholders and team on changes in strategy, policies, and practices within the organization.
  • Plans and manages business unit and organizational processes and practices to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or other related fields preferred.
  • 8+ years sourcing experience preferred.

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
