About the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for a Senior Graphic Designer – Product Marketing & Brand Strategy onsite in Burlington, MA or Bridgewater, NJ. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives at the intersection of design, brand storytelling, and product marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and visual execution of high-profile product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Channel Marketing teams to bring new products and marketing strategies to life through impactful visual storytelling.
- Develop innovative concepts and creative solutions that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and market presence.
- Create compelling digital and print assets, including campaign materials, social media content, trade show graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Act as a trusted creative partner and lead designer, driving projects from concept through production while maintaining brand excellence and delivering exceptional results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related creative field.
- 5 or more years’ experience in graphic and video creation, preferred.
- Advanced Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly) knowledge.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, branding, and marketing communications work.
- Familiarity with modern AI design tools to accelerate concept creation and asset production.

Benefits
- Salary: $ 73,177.50 – $100,000 (based on experience level)
- Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
