Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design activities from discovery through delivery.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards.
- Define success criteria for design initiatives in partnership with Product Management.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor adoption, usability, engagement, and customer feedback metrics to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve product usability and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively within distributed and global teams.
- Ai & Emerging Technology: Contribute to the design of AI-enabled user experiences, workflows, copilots, and productivity tools. Evaluate opportunities where AI can improve user efficiency, reduce friction, and create customer value. Understand emerging AI design patterns, opportunities, and limitations. Stay informed about advancements in AI and their impact on enterprise software experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Product Design, Psychology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products.
- Proven experience working in complex environments involving dense data, multi-user workflows, administrative tools, or operational systems.
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to independently drive discovery and translate research insights into product and experience decisions, rather than simply validating existing assumptions.
- Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, facilitate productive discussions, and influence product decisions through research, data, and strong communication.
- Experience defining, measuring, and communicating UX metrics tied to customer and business outcomes.
- Experience using product analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform design decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system contribution.
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles and experience designing inclusive experiences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled products, conversational interfaces, automation workflows, or machine learning-powered experiences.
- Experience designing enterprise AI experiences, decision-support tools, or productivity-enhancing workflows.
- Experience supporting global products and distributed teams.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems at scale.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including discovery, problem framing, interaction design, and measurable outcomes.
