About the role
As a Senior Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the design of innovative products that meet user needs and drive business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate user insights into compelling designs.Responsibilities
- Lead the design of new products from concept to launch
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business objectives
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs
- Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design
- Experience working on consumer-facing products
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to lead design processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with design systems and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma)
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methods
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
