Position Description

Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare government contract project invoices, including necessary invoicing schedules and back-up data.
- Review organizational billing practices to ensure invoice accuracy within contractual terms, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and DCAA requirements.
- Prepare and analyze schedules for accounts receivable and unbilled receivables.
- Work on collection follow up of invoices issued until payment arrives.
- Aid in the preparation and processing of final invoices utilizing both a Cumulative Allowable Cost Worksheet and Cumulative Cost Reconciliation method.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's Degree (High School Diploma with years of relevant experience in lieu of degree is acceptable).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant Billing in the Government contracting arena, or an additional 2 years of experience with High School Diploma.
- Experienced knowledge in Excel.
- Experience with Costpoint or experience in using an SAP Database.
- Strong collections experience.
- Knowledge of Account Analysis and Reconciliation.
