Job Summary
The Contract Billing Specialist will oversee the invoice process for various types of customer contacts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Interpret purchase orders and provide customer service
- Create invoices in Oracle, monitor contract billing, update internal documents, and collect payments on past due invoices
- Establish and maintain positive relationships across departments and with customers

Shift
General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires four on-campus days per week, with Fridays designated as the remote-eligible day after the training period.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 3-5+ years’ experience in revenue accounting
- Ability to function in accordance with established procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
- Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in all billing-related deliverables
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage tasks and collaborate effectively
- Highly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Siebel
- Experience with Oracle
