About the role

Senior GovCon Recruiter at Apex Systems supporting Intelligence Community programs and mission-critical government initiatives. 100% Remote (DMV-based candidates preferred). 6+ Month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension or Conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting efforts supporting Intelligence Community and federal programs
• Source, screen, and manage cleared candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across technical, engineering, cyber, intelligence, and mission support functions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal government contracting recruiting experience
• Direct experience supporting Intelligence Community recruiting efforts
• Proven success recruiting for cleared positions
• Strong understanding of the DMV federal hiring market
• Experience supporting government contractors in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for mid-to-large government contracting organizations preferred
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$55.00 - $58.00/hr
