About the role
Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This individual will lead experienced professional hiring across the U.S., owning the full recruitment lifecycle while driving scalable, high-quality recruiting processes. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, enhance employer branding, and deliver top-tier talent. This is a highly visible position with significant ownership and impact within a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced professional hires across the U.S.
- Drive scalable, high-quality recruiting processes and standardize them across teams or regions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy and enhance employer branding.
- Manage both direct sourcing and agency relationships.
- Hire mid-to-senior level talent, including executive-level roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to scale and standardize recruitment processes.
- Track record of hiring mid-to-senior level talent, including executive-level roles.
- Experience with both direct sourcing and agency management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting experienced hires within consulting or professional services environments (preferred).
- Experience with employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn recruiting strategies (preferred).
Pay
$120K–$130K.
