About the Role

Responsible for the dedicated management, operational oversight, and success of a large, complex customer program, focusing on efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value optimization. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
  • Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
  • Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
  • Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
  • Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
  • Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
  • Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Requires up to 60% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Pay

In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated annual rate for this role is $96,880 - $133,030 per year.

Schedule

Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM. This position is fully remote, though occasional office reporting may be required based on business needs.
