Responsible for the dedicated management, operational oversight, and success of a large, complex customer program, focusing on efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, and value optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a single, complex customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program.
  • Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met.
  • Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities.
  • Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance.
  • Align delivery and adoption with strategic goals to drive measurable client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 9 years of related experience.
  • Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
  • Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment.
  • Customer Success experience preferred.
  • Requires up to 60% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills.

Pay

$96,880 - 133,030/year

Schedule

6:00am – 3:00pm

This position is fully remote, though the office will be open 5 days a week. You will not be required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
