Essential Functions Of The Job
- Manage supply chain security and investigative data collection, maintenance, presentations and analysis for the GBP Team.
- Support team efforts to build a threat matrix for business owners to navigate legitimate supply chain security risks.
- Support analytical testing initiatives for pharmaceutical anti-counterfeiting, helping determine what is required to develop procedure for the testing of investigative samples for brand protection purposes.
- Research and implement database identifying known counterfeits of BeOne products to better understand the scope and origin of sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional BeOne stakeholders to develop and implement communications supporting anti-counterfeiting and anti-diversion techniques/programs, brand protection risk assessment processes, investigative case management procedures, anti-counterfeiting technology assessments, on-line risk monitoring and suspect product analysis.
- Monitor the BeOne pharmaceutical supply chain to help identify and prevent illicit activity. Build datasets and execute analytical projects supporting investigations of allegations of counterfeiting, diversion, tampering and theft of BeOne products.
- Develop and manage a business partner tracking system to consolidate audit outcomes, CAPA status, regulatory and government program compliance, contractual security requirements, security contacts, main contacts, general facility information, associated investigations, etc.
- Oversee comprehensive records related to supplier service provider due diligence, including location details, contact information, service status, on-site audit history, self-assessment results, and supply chain security requirements. Support the documentation of ongoing audits and diligently track the resolution of audit findings to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new vendors while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Manage purchase order creation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably relating to data analysis and legal, criminal justice, supply chain, quality assurance and/or scientific activities. Or Associates degree and 6+ years related experience.
- Knowledge of/course work in laboratory science preferred.
- Desire to work directly with Corporate Security departments and cross-functional partners in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Global Supply Chain, Legal, required.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
- Familiarity with intellectual property law, trademarks, copyrights and anti-counterfeiting measures.
- Interest in working on issues relating to pharmaceutical counterfeiting, diversion, tampering & theft, required. Experience in this area highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Computer Skills: High proficiency required. Certifications relating to data analysis and linkage desirable.
