About the role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer in Bellevue, you will join a new team dedicated to building and maintaining customer support related AI and agentic solutions that collaborate with thousands of SAP support engineers worldwide and interact with all of SAP’s customers. These solutions are part of SAP’s mission-critical, daily customer support offerings in preventive, reactive, and value-adding scenarios across SAP’s product and support portfolio. Your team will be part of the AI & Support Engineering organization with a decade of experience delivering enterprise AI at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end applications delivering AI and agentic capabilities to support staff and customers.
• Develop responsive, intuitive front ends within performance budgets and robust back-end services.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures and solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to operationalize and serve AI reliably.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Partner with security engineers to ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and availability standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a full stack developer with AI focus
• Proven experience building full stack applications, from database to user interface
• Experience with agentic coding tools productively
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React), back-end (Python) and database technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to integrate AI/ML services and APIs
• Familiar with observability tools
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing (UT/IT/E2E), version control, and CI/CD
• Strong collaboration skills
• Pragmatic, user-focused mindset with attention to quality and detail
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for enterprise software
• Fluent in English

Pay

The targeted annual combined range for this position is $145,000 - $246,500, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target. The actual amount offered will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other key aspects.
