This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or in Dallas TX, Chicago IL, Detroit MI, or Charlotte NC).

About the role

In this senior role, the successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Process Automation API development.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, analyze, design, and develop REST APIs for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Systems.
  • Lead medium to large ECM projects that impact other applications and technologies.
  • Work with analysts to gather requirements, write technical design documents, develop solutions, test, debug, and implement projects.
  • Perform complex assignments independently, as well as in large team settings.
  • Work with outside vendor teams that interface with our internal applications.
  • Learn new systems, applications, technologies, and business domains.
  • Understand industry trends, standards, and practices as they apply to Huntington.
  • Help support team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Enjoy multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in full-stack development (developing REST APIs).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full SDLC experience with software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing REST APIs in Process Automation space.
  • Experience with Box.com API, DocuSign API, Adobe Sign API, and/or IBM/FileNet P8 API.
  • Knowledge of Google APIGEE.
  • 3+ years of experience in .NET Framework or .NET, Web Services, HTML, XML, JavaScript development.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Knowledge of Load Balancing, Firewalls, Reverse Proxies.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and IBM DB2 LUW.
  • Experience with JavaScript Framework React.
  • Experience working in multi-platform environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to balance both development and support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.

Workplace Type

This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and work-from-home opportunities. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $140,000 annual salary. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
