Senior Full Stack Developer

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and support custom applications using the following languages: C#, Swift, SwiftUI and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with WinForms is a plus.
• Develop modern web applications using contemporary frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, etc.).
• Experience building and maintaining mobile applications in iOS and Android.
• Design rich user experiences that communicate football insights using data visualizations, dashboards and various reporting tools.
• Optimize application performance, ensure scalability, reliability and security.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Familiarity with R and Python coding languages.
• Architecting, designing, coding and debugging applications.
• Software testing and quality assurance.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
• Project planning and management.

Education/Experience/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-years work experience in software development.
• Prior experience developing user interfaces directed at statistical reporting.
• Availability and willingness to support Football Operations outside of traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, training camp, pre-season, NFL draft and other key football events as needed.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Strong team skills, time management and proficient verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision, self-directed and demonstrates initiative.
• Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing with individuals in all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and responsive to evolving and changing business environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 – $155,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
