About the role

We are seeking a Full-Stack (Senior) Software Engineer with experience in building scalable, cloud-native applications with MS .NET, .NETCore and Java. You will be part of an Enterprise Technology Services team responsible for constructing and maintaining high-value core system components using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous improvement of core offerings
  • Leading technical discussions on software architecture and testing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to construct and maintain high-value core system components
  • Leveraging multiple technology stacks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant areas
  • Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks such as React
  • Experience with telemetry and performance tuning
  • A strong understanding of: Database design principles, Scalable software architecture, Networking fundamentals, Application development, including design patterns, Profiling, troubleshooting and testing methodologies

Qualifications

  • University degree or advanced diploma in a software engineering-related discipline, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Skills

  • .NET Core and .NETCore
  • C#
  • React, Node.JS or other front-end framework
  • PostgreSQL
  • Kubernetes in AWS
  • OpenTelemetry

Nice to have

  • Experience with MS ADO environment, including code building and deployment pipelines
  • Experience developing applications using Java and its development stack
  • Experience with Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
