Senior FP&A Manager

About the role

Play a critical role supporting the operations team in planning for new delivery markets and capabilities, conducting internal and external benchmarking, and developing business cases for new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic models and perform analyses to guide decision-making, support new market entry, and increase operational efficiency.
• Evaluate business opportunities, highlighting strategic value and identifying financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to peers, business partners, and senior leaders to guide resource allocation, investment decisions, and development of new capabilities.
• Conduct benchmarking of operational and financial results across product lines, markets, and competitors.
• Design and standardize workflows and processes to improve team efficiency, including implementation of AI and automation.
• Develop and present annual financial goals and quarterly forecasts to program stakeholders and finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business; Graduate degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, data analytics, and/or corporate finance
• Strong communicator with proven ability to communicate across functions and departments
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical, decision-making, project management, planning, and organizational skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and complex financial data

Pay

Pay Range: $75,200 - $130,000

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis.
