Responsibilities
This role acts as a liaison between corporate and business units, offering high-level exposure and reporting to the Division Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Prepare management reports, planning, and forecasting for corporate operating expenses and overall finance support for divisions.
- Partner with business units and leadership to provide guidance on reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and bridge comments to provide business insights.
- Prepare and present quarterly presentations to leadership.
- Ensure consistency between the operating strategy of the business unit and its financial forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve processes for effective data analytics and performance management.
- Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting results for multiple business units.
- Lead cross-functional teams on projects such as inventory risk analysis and production line analysis.
- Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline processes.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience.
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting.
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong analysis skills and advanced Excel & business modeling skills required.
Pay
$140,000–$170,000 plus bonus.
