About the role
Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead its dynamic and diverse food and beverage operation.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Food & Beverage operations, including Four Flamingos, Blue Mojito Pool Bar & Grill, In-Room Dining, and Banquets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Drive financial performance through effective management of revenue, labor, forecasting, budgeting, and expense controls.
- Partner with Culinary, Sales, and Events teams to execute meetings, weddings, and special events seamlessly.
- Recruit, develop, and coach managers and colleagues, building engaged, high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Analyze business trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities that enhance service, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety regulations, and health and sanitation requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the Food & Beverage division.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a full-service hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven success managing multiple outlets, including high-volume restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
- Strong leadership experience developing managers and large, diverse teams.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and profit optimization.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic resort environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
