Job Summary

About the Role
The Litigation Associate will work with clients from a variety of industries across the country and sometimes internationally, handling financial services and trusts and estates litigation with strong appellate experience a plus.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least six years of relevant experience
- Strong background in financial services and trusts and estates litigation
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in a mid to large law firm
- Experience drafting pleadings and briefs
- Experience conducting research
- Experience managing traditional and electronic discovery
- Experience assisting with and/or taking and defending depositions
- Experience appearing before state and federal courts
- In good standing with the CA Bar
- Federal clerkship a plus
- Law school Law Review experience strongly preferred
Qualifications

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $340,000 to $410,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
