Key Responsibilities
- Represent employers in complex employment litigation matters.
- Manage cases through all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution.
- Draft and respond to written discovery and substantive motion practice.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in strategic case development.
- Handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- A motivated, proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
