About the role

The role is responsible for managing the university's strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement university-wide strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and secure external funding sources.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Monitor progress against strategic goals and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in higher education administration or similar field.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership management and development.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to higher education.
