Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Executive Reporting & Financial Insights creates and leads a new executive reporting and business insight capability for Realty's CapEx and OpEx portfolio — a function that does not exist today. The role designs reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and BI capabilities from scratch, then drives adoption across six organizations without direct authority. The position engages directly with VPs and SVPs through dashboards, scorecards, and actionable insights, serving as the point of accountability for how Realty leadership sees financial performance and makes multi-billion-dollar investment decisions.
What you'll do
- Establish the executive reporting framework for Realty's CapEx and OpEx portfolio.
- Define and own executive KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
- Build enterprise data governance and quality controls to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across the Realty organization.
- Drive cross-functional adoption of reporting processes and standards across Realty, Finance, Accounting, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Strategy & Planning.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends within the capital and operating portfolio, proactively recommending actions based on financial and operational performance indicators.
- Serve as the strategic bridge between Finance, Realty Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership.
What you'll bring
- Proven ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for VP and SVP audiences through dashboards, scorecards, and presentations.
- Deep knowledge of CapEx and OpEx management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Experience building reporting frameworks, KPI methodologies, and data governance standards from the ground up.
- Track record of aligning priorities, driving accountability, and securing adoption across multiple organizations through influence rather than positional authority.
- Ability to connect day-to-day reporting outputs to enterprise-level business outcomes — capital allocation, project prioritization, expense control — while maintaining accuracy and governance rigor.
Company Benefits
- Competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
