Senior Finance Manager

POSITION PURPOSE

The Finance Professional will coordinate overall financial activities for all Yen Care Group companies, oversee finance management of new businesses and ventures under Yen Care Ventures (YCV), and eventually fold into YCV, Inc. This role will be based in Jenkintown, PA and may require travel to various locations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinating with external bookkeepers on payroll, billing, and journal entry issues, ensuring timely book closure
• Coordinating with marketing and DMAS to justify marketing budgets against returns
• Leading and managing new projects under Yen Care Ventures and YCV
• Assisting the CEO/President with administrative issues as needed
• Ensuring management teams collaborate to enhance client and caregiver satisfaction and mitigate risks
• Working with collections to maintain satisfactory aging of accounts receivable
• Maintaining legal expense tracking and monitoring
• Maintaining confidentiality of employee, client, and client family information

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in positions of increasing responsibility, preferably in service industry or healthcare, with significant people management experience
• Excellent organizational management experience
• Strong conceptual thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks independently
• Flexibility, resilience, calmness, and maintaining a professional image
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and health care industry-related software
• Ability to provide proof of vaccination
