Responsibilities
- Lead finance support for GTM departments, including planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Own the P&L process for GTM functions, managing resource allocation and operating expenses
- Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to align investments with growth targets
- Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with actionable insights
- Collaborate on commission analysis, managing accrual and payout reconciliations
- Partner with corporate FP&A on long-range planning and cross-functional updates
- Develop repeatable financial processes understood by all partners
- Mentor a senior analyst to foster a high-performing team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS
- Proven experience in senior finance roles with leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices
- Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite and financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Superior communication skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences
