Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise planning processes including Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and rolling forecasts for the CRM Division, driving alignment across the full P&L and balance sheet while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timeliness.
  • Own financial close and performance reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights on monthly results, key business drivers, and variances to plan, forecast, and prior periods to support executive decision-making.
  • Design and enhance scalable planning and reporting tools, leveraging systems and process improvements to streamline consolidation, improve data integrity, and enable efficient delivery of corporate and divisional requirements.
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, with responsibility for talent development, coaching, succession planning, performance management, and recruiting to support current and future organizational needs.
  • Establish and manage an integrated planning calendar, ensuring cross-functional coordination, accountability, and on-time delivery of all financial cycles and key deliverables.
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner and key liaison between Division FP&A, CRM commercial and functional finance teams, Medical Devices HQ, and Corporate FP&A to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective communication of financial priorities.

Requirements

  • MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
  • CPA or other certifications also preferred.
  • 10+ years combine experience in Gen. Acctg, cost acctg, FP&A.

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate independently with broad scope of responsibility under minimal supervision and under challenging time constraints.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability or aptitude to apply in-depth knowledge of financial processes, accounting methodologies and Division-specific operations to lead complex planning processes and to support related systems and functions.
  • Ability to facilitate interpretation and understanding of data, identify risks, develop recommendations and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and critical-thinking skills.

Pay
