Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and reporting for a global division. They will also manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, and oversee financial systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans and forecasts for the division
• Oversee budgeting processes and monitor adherence to budgets
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Oversee financial systems and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience, preferably in a multinational corporation
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural differences
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
