Senior Field Engineer (Forward Deployed)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to prioritize and execute client strategies
• Lead the design and deployment of innovative industrial automation solutions
• Facilitate workshops to create high-level use cases from client requirements
• Deliver client-focused demos and reference architectures to demonstrate value
• Bridge communication between field operations and product development to identify improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales or engineering roles within enterprise SaaS or industrial software
• Strong engineering background in fields like Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python and an understanding of the Generative AI landscape
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
