  • Partner with Internal SMEs and site personnel to ensure consistent program outcomes (training effectiveness, stop/error reduction, optimization targets).
  • Provide initial focus on sensor calibration best practices, including identifying when recalibration or deeper review is needed for underperforming vehicles related to automation kit performance.
  • Coach site teams on what to look for during issue assessment and how to build clear, data-supported problem statements.
  • Perform self-directed work based on site performance and operational priorities; establish daily/weekly objectives and track progress.
  • Provide ideas, examples, and guidance to address difficult or recurring problems.
  • Make software and hardware adjustments as needed to improve performance and reduce recurrence of issues.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and work instructions/technical notes.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, engineers, and site stakeholders.

Technical/Math Abilities

  • Apply probability/statistics and fundamentals of geometry/trigonometry to practical situations.
  • Comfort with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
  • Familiarity with controls theory concepts (e.g., PID loops) and mathematical models of system control.

Reasoning/Problem Solving Abilities

  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Interpret technical instructions in mathematical/diagram form and work across abstract and concrete variables.
