About the role
The Maintenance Mechanic Tech III position is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8-hour Day shift role at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center in Kodiak, AK.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, inspects and performs the maintenance and installation of non-clinical patient related equipment and support service equipment in the facility.
- Maintains, repairs and modifies building finishes.
- Helps to facilitate the building security and safety plans.
Requirements
- 4 years General maintenance.
- Hospital maintenance preferred.
Qualifications
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Proof of driver license and auto insurance may be requested.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
