Senior Facilities Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day facilities' soft services operations across Nextpower’s U.S. offices, ensuring each location is clean, functional, well-supported, and ready for daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads site-based office operations personnel.
• Manages delivery of facilities soft services, including reception and front-of-house operations, janitorial and day porter services, pantry and food services, office supplies, mail and shipping, conference and common-area readiness, waste and recycling, and other day-to-day office services.
• Serves as the primary operational interface between office occupants and the Facilities organization, ensuring facility-related requests and issues are identified, appropriately routed, communicated, and followed through to resolution.
• Works closely with Facilities Managers who retain responsibility for hard facilities and technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building controls, infrastructure, etc.), coordinating the operational
