Senior Facilities and Site Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at a major manufacturing facility. This includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, and maintaining high levels of productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and mentor a team of site operators to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site operations management.

• Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule
